We only engage with the projects when:

  • We have the highest conviction, especially as it regards scientifically rigorous calculations of climate impact.   
  • We can be deeply involved and promote transparency.  
  • CCB Gold certification is obtainable—as this certification aligns with our values of addressing climate change, biodiversity, and inequality.

For Buyers

We provide comprehensive engagement with buyers and buyer intermediaries:  

  • Prepare and respond to all queries in project data rooms 
  • Develop bespoke project development plans that align with corporate sustainability strategies (addressing climate, biodiversity, inequality, SDG metrics and targets) *only for buyers committing to long-term off-take agreements 
  • Work with buyer and/or buyer representatives to finalize sales agreements 

For Developers

We provide comprehensive support to developers:  

  • Reviews of project documentation and SOPs
  • Prepare marketing materials for buyers, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Engage and complete negotiation with buyers for carbon credits sales on spot or forward off-take basis
  • Provide strategic assessment of business development/financing options
